Blogging question….

I’ve received two inquiries from students today who have taken notice of the blogging rubric, which calls for your blogs to have links to outside sources. For some (many?) students this has come as a surprise. Please do take note of the link to the right under class documents: it takes you to the blogging rubric. This is what is used to grade your blog posts.

For those who missed it, you will find that you’re grade is somewhat less than what you had hoped for. If you would like to appeal a grade you can do so: you make the appeal to the group that graded your blog entry and the appeal must be done in writing. If the group has already submitted grades to me, they must submit to me, in writing, the justification they used to change an individual student’s grade (and attached the student’s original written appeal for the grade change).

Sorry for the hassle. Please, do make use of the class website. This really should not have caught anyone by surprise.

See you Tuesday afternoon.
